Christmas Day 2020

Merry Christmas Friends,

This fourth week of Advent, which started last Sunday and is to end today – Christmas, is lighting the candle of Love.  We marvel at God’s great love for us, that He sent a Savior in the form of a baby in a manger.  The white candle, which is to be lit on Christmas Day, represents light and purity and is called “Christ’s Candle”

"Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem, saying, “Where is He who has been born King of the Jews?  For we have seen His star in the East and have come to worship Him.” Matthew 2:1 & 2

When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy.  And when they had come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary His mother, and fell down and worshiped Him.  And when they had opened their treasures, they presented gifts to Him: gold, frankincense, and myrrh.” Matthew 2: 10 & 11

This is God’s message of Love to us.

I am wishing you all a day of love as we celebrate God’s gift of love to us – Jesus, who is Christ the Lord!

There is no greater gift.  I pray we can share that gift of His Love with others, especially our family and friends.

For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His                      shoulder.  And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting                          Father,  Prince of Peace.”    Isaiah 9:6 NKJV

Christmas Blessings,

    ❤️ Sharon
